ONER ACTIVE
WOMEN’S LIFESTYLE - AW25
Whilst leading Lifestyle Design at Oner Active, I designed the brand's first woven tracksuit collection, expanding the product offering beyond performance apparel into versatile lifestyle pieces.
The brief was to create a collection that felt authentic to the Oner aesthetic whilst giving customers elevated layers to wear before and after training, on rest days and throughout everyday life. The result was a range that seamlessly complemented the existing gymwear collection while introducing a new lifestyle category for the brand.
CREATIVE DIRECTION
Drawing inspiration from vintage sportswear, the collection combined retro athletic influences with Oner Active's clean, contemporary aesthetic. Colour blocking, contrast piping and considered proportions created a nostalgic sportswear feel, while modern fabrics and refined detailing ensured the collection remained true to the brand's premium identity.
DESIGN PHASE
The collection centred around woven jackets and trousers designed to layer effortlessly over existing Oner Active gymwear. Relaxed silhouettes, lightweight crinkle woven fabric and considered construction created versatile pieces that could be worn as matching sets or styled independently.
Contrast piping and colour block panelling became defining features throughout the collection, reinforcing the retro inspiration while creating a recognisable design language for the lifestyle category.
RANGE PLAN & OUTFIT BUILDING
As Oner's first woven lifestyle collection, every design was developed to sit naturally alongside the existing performance range. Colour palettes, proportions and styling were carefully considered to encourage layering with the brand's activewear, allowing customers to transition seamlessly between training, recovery and everyday life.
3D RENDERS
Photorealistic 3D renders were developed alongside the collection to visualise products before sampling. Bringing the designs to life helped communicate fit, proportion and styling, allowing the team to review the collection as complete outfits before development moved forward.
CAMPAIGN IMAGERY
The styles were later released in multiple new colourways
